Products and how to use them
Are these products over-the-counter?
Yes. Everything we sell is over-the-counter husbandry and supportive-care for reptiles — no prescription needed and no veterinary sign-off to order.
Are these a substitute for a vet?
No. Our products support good husbandry; they are not a replacement for professional care, and they do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. If your animal is sick, injured, or declining, see a qualified reptile veterinarian.
How do I know the right product and dosage?
Every product page lists usage, dosing, and warnings as plain, structured fields — not marketing. Read the label, match the size or strength to your animal and enclosure, and follow the directions. If you are unsure, ask a reptile veterinarian before using a product.
What is the signature line?
The owner is a reptile specialist who formulates and stands behind his own husbandry blend. It is labeled plainly, with the same clear usage and dosing as everything else on the shelf.
Can these be used on any reptile species?
Use each product only as directed, for the species and situations it is intended for. The label tells you what a product is for. When you are unsure whether something suits your animal, ask a vet first.
Do you sell prescription medications?
No. We carry over-the-counter husbandry and supportive-care products only — no prescription or pharmacy items.

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
We ship within the United States using simple flat-rate shipping zones, packed and shipped from Florida. Your exact shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long until my order ships and arrives?
We pack and ship promptly, and you will get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.
How are payments handled, and is checkout secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a trusted payment processor. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
Returns & help
Returns and getting help
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original condition can be returned within a reasonable window. Because these are health and consumable products, opened or used items generally cannot be returned for safety reasons. If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us and we will make it right.
