Shipping & Returns

We ship our over-the-counter reptile health and husbandry products within the United States. Here's how shipping and returns work — kept short and honest. If anything is unclear, just ask us.
Where we ship
For now we ship to the United States only. Orders go out from Florida, and shipping is handled with simple flat-rate U.S. zones. If you're outside the U.S., we're not able to ship to you yet.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate based on your zone, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise fees and no hidden handling charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Order processing & tracking
We pack and ship orders as quickly as we can. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the rest of the way. If you don't see a confirmation, check your spam folder, then get in touch.
When your order arrives
Please check your items when your order arrives. If anything shows up damaged, wrong, or missing, email us right away and we'll sort it out. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to fix.
Returns
Because these are health and consumable products, unopened items in original condition may be returned within a reasonable window. Opened or used items generally can't be returned for safety reasons. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, just ask before sending it back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or it's not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll make it right — either a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive an approved return — or confirm a problem with your order — we'll refund you to your original payment method. Payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe, so the timing on your end depends on your bank or card issuer.
