We keep this simple: we collect the little we need to fill your orders, reply to you, and send the newsletter you ask for — nothing more. No advertising trackers, and we never sell your information. Here's the full picture.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Messages. When you contact us about a product, we collect your name, email address, and your message.
- Orders. When you place an order, we collect what we need to fulfill it — your name, email, and shipping address.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for product updates, we collect your email address.
We don't store your card details — payments are handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor (see our Terms).
How we use it
We use your name, email, and address to reply to your message and to process and ship your orders. We use newsletter emails only to let you know about new products and restocks. We don't use your information for anything else.
The newsletter is double opt-in
When you sign up, we send a confirmation email — you're only added after you click to confirm. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We don't run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.
- We don't build a profile of you across other websites.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie that keeps the site secure (it protects forms against cross-site request forgery). It's required for the site to work and isn't used to track you. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Keeping spam out
Our forms use a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting to block automated spam. These check how a form is submitted, not who you are.
Who helps us run things
A few trusted services handle the plumbing on our behalf: Resend delivers our email, Stripe processes payments, and Amazon Web Services hosts the site and stores our photos. They only process what they need to provide those services, and they don't get your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep messages while we're helping you and for a reasonable time afterward in case you reach back out. We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and legal or accounting requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your information any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click, and you can email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We'll always do our best to help.
Children
This site is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
